Bosch’s integrated discussion, voting and simultaneous interpretation systems have been used successfully for over 65 years in many parts of the world:
- in everyday meetings, discussion systems ensure a smooth exchange, a more punctual agenda, a high-quality audio recording of the meeting, and more convenient minute taking;
- at municipalities, ministries and other government institutions, voting and discussion systems ensure more efficient consideration of issues and decision-making in accordance with regulations, as well as quick voting and automatic recording and minute taking;
- at hotels and convention centres, discussion, voting and simultaneous interpretation systems that are mobile, easy to set up, and adaptable to any room configuration ensure that your event will go smoothly, whether it is a small meeting or an international summit.

Ensuring that speeches are clear and understandable, that questions and answers can be heard, and that presentations are accompanied with sound is essential to the success of any meeting, conference or event. Sound systems are designed for conference and meeting rooms based on the functions, area and height of the room, the seating and presentation arrangements, and other individual acoustic features.
We design and install sound systems for conference centres, halls, auditoriums and meeting rooms. We can integrate the audio system with other conference equipment as well as the control system for the room.
Understanding the visual information provided by the speaker is important to the success of any meeting or event, so every conference centre, auditorium or meeting room must have a system for presentations and showing other visual information. Video systems are designed for conference rooms based on the functions, area and height of the room, the seating and presentation arrangements, and other individual features. Projectors with screens, professional monitors and video walls are installed for presentations. Each speaker’s presentation is individual and is shown from a different computer or wireless mobile device. Speakers change frequently during events, so being able to switch between different presentation sources smoothly and quickly is crucial. In connected conference rooms, the video and presentation system must ensure good visibility both in the connected room and in its separate parts. The ability to change the video system configuration quickly and easily when the rooms are connected or separated is also important. Switchers are installed for transmission of the visual from the speaker’s location to projectors and monitors.

Video conferencing systems are designed to make it possible to remotely attend a meeting, sitting, conference or other event. People who attend remotely can hear the people speaking in the conference or meeting room and see the participants who are filmed as well as the presentation, and the participants in the room can see and hear them. Remote presenters can show a presentation, give a speech or share content. A multiparty video conference can be attended by participants and speakers from several different locations, cities or countries.
The specific video conferencing system solution depends on the number of remote and non-remote participants, the size of the room, and the equipment that the remote participants have/use. We install Polycom, Lifesize, Panasonic, Skype Room Systems and Zoom Rooms video conferencing systems for different size and purpose conference and meeting rooms.

We install specialised systems for recording and streaming conferences, sittings, meetings and webinars that are tailored to your specific needs. Streaming systems can be integrated with conference equipment and voting and document management systems. The broadcast and event recording can automatically show the participants and the speaker, the presentation, the issues being discussed, voting results and other event information.
A conference room, auditorium or meeting room system consists of many different devices: a projector, monitors, sound and switching equipment, lighting and ventilation systems, curtains and so on. Each unit is controlled by a separate control panel, often from different locations. Preparing for and giving a presentation involves a lot of different steps with unfamiliar equipment, distracting the audience and wasting time…
This problem is solved by a centralised control system that connects different devices into a single system. Everything in the room is controlled by one simple control panel or tablet. You can start the presentation with the click of a button and focus on making your speech a success. The control system for each hall, auditorium or meeting room is individual, with functionality tailored to your needs. We use control systems from well-known manufacturers such as Extron and Harman AMX, and design and programme specialised solutions tailored to your specific needs.
We design and install sound, public address and evacuation control systems for shopping centres, hotels and other facilities.
Pursuant to the Order of the Director of the Fire and Rescue Department under the Ministry of the Interior ON APPROVAL OF THE BASIC FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS, fire alarm and evacuation control systems must be installed when designing and constructing new buildings, reconstructing and repairing parts of buildings, or changing the intended use of buildings or their parts.
The provisions of the LST EN 60849 and LST EN 54 series of standards and the BASIC FIRE SAFETY REQUIREMENTS must be adhered to in designing and installing fire alarm and evacuation control systems (hereinafter – FAECS). The type of FAECS, hardware and organisational measures are installed in buildings according to their purpose and plan/volume and structural solution, taking into account the conditions of the people permanently or temporarily present in the building (their ability to move, knowledge of evacuation routes, etc.), the fire hazard characteristics, the possible pathways for the spread of dangerous fire hazards, and safe evacuation conditions.
General FAECS requirements:
- the system must ensure the transmission of fire alarms throughout the building simultaneously and, if necessary, successively to its separate sections (floor, section, etc.);
- for buildings of different purposes and heights, FAECS equipment is selected taking into account the conditions of the people present in the building (their ability to move, knowledge of evacuation routes, etc.), the fire hazard characteristics, the possible pathways for the spread of dangerous fire hazards, and safe evacuation conditions;
- the number, arrangement and capacity of the alarm devices must ensure the necessary audibility and/or visibility in all places where people are permanently or temporarily present in the building;
- the alarm devices (loudspeakers, etc.) must be set at a certain volume level and activated without plugs or connectors;
- FAECS warning signals must be different from other signals (tone, sound level, colour, etc.);
- automatic and semi-automatic verbal alarm systems must be able to directly broadcast language and transmit instructions;
- the types and makes of hardware and devices are selected for each specific alarm system;
- the power supply must comply with the LST EN 54-4 series standard. The FAECS and fire protection systems can have a common power supply.
